Be nice for the good of the team

Be nice. That’s the conclusion of a years-long Google-driven project (Project Aristotle) to understand the right mix of people who make up high performing teams. We’ve already blogged about it in Five essential qualities for effective teams. But it bears repeating from another angle. Aamna Mohdin synopsized the results in his Quartz at work article.
